Promising start to the year with continued business improvements

ISS A/S, a leading workplace experience and facility management company, has today completed the divestment of its French business, with the exception of Global Key Account customers, to Onet SA.

ISS A/S, a leading workplace experience and facility management company, has extended an existing full-service partnership agreement with a multinational manufacturing customer, covering sites in many countries around the world. The contract now runs until December 2026 with an annual value of approximately 1% of ISS’s annual Group revenue.

ISS A/S, a leading workplace experience and facility management company, today announces that it has renewed an existing full-service partnership agreement with Nordea in the Nordic countries. The contract runs for five years. 

ISS A/S, a leading workplace experience and facility management company, today announces the appointment of Mads Holm as Group Chief Financial Officer. He will join ISS no later than 1 August 2024 and will be based in the Group’s Headquarters in Copenhagen.
